Title of Micro-Project: Prepare a chart on Derived units which is used in Electrical Measurements
1.0 Rationale: The use of electrical equipment and appliances plays a vital role in day to day human life. In this respect it is important to optimize the use of electricity. The main aim of this micro project is SI unit is an international system of measurements that are used universally in technical and scientific research to avoid the confusion with the units. Having a standard unit system is important because it helps the entire world to understand the measurement in one set of unit system.

4.0 Literature Review
The International System of Units (SI) follows a concept that goes back to Maxwell. At that time, a logic sound foundation of mathematics was not yet available. This has led to concepts and terms that
are contradictory and in conflict with today’s standard mathematical concepts. The inconsistencies that have evolved in metrology due to the lack of appropriate notions are pointed out. This is most important, as the metrology is a field that is internationally well organized under the umbrella of the Meter Convention, an international treaty for acting on all matters relating to units of measurement.
Derived units are units of measurement derived from the seven base units specified by the International System of Units (SI). They are either dimensionless or can be expressed as a product of
one or more of the base units, possibly scaled by an appropriate power of exponentiation.
