Practical Significance:-

• Body language is a form of non-verbal communication involving gestures, movements and posture with some communicative meaning. It can be intentional or unintentional. 

• Body language has a very strong influence on how people perceive you. Learning the message that the gestures send out to the recipients can help one to become a more effective and persuasive communicator. 

• Hence it is essential to learn the concept of body language in relevance to workplace communication. 

• This learning experience has been designed to enhance the skills to 'Communicate effectively and skillfully at the workplace.'
